THE DAIRY

At the end of the 19th century Baron Ferdinand de Rothschild commissioned a local firm of architects to create a Dairy to house his prize-winning herd of cattle. In 1989 Lord Rothschild initiated an extensive restoration programme to transform the Dairy into a stylish venue for private entertaining.

Set in private grounds beside a series of lakes fed by a fresh water spring, the Dairy is the perfect venue for meetings and private dining.
