Skye will talk about her new book 'A Year in My Kitchen' and Petersham Nurseries where she is the chef in the 'Petersham Café/Restaurant'. Enjoy a three course lunch based on recipes from her book, with two glasses of wine. After lunch, feel free to visit the Manor, Gardens and Plant Centre where you can enjoy a cup of tea and you will have the opportunity to buy a signed copy of her book, 'Winner of Cookery Book of the Year' at the Guild of Food Writer Awards 2007.
