The MAD About Waddesdon Festival, presented over a weekend in the grounds of Waddesdon Manor each June, will be taking an extended break in 2014 and 2015.

Since its inception in 2006, the Festival has created memorable performance opportunities every year for thousands of young people, with over 10,000 visitors enjoying and participating in a wide range of music, art, dance and drama. We have also welcomed renowned musicians including Jools Holland, Katherine Jenkins and Russell Watson, performing concerts to raise funds to support the running of the Festival.

During the summer of 2014, we are instead offering a number of new experiences, including the successful "Colourscape" weekend, the forthcoming Country Fair with Oakleigh Fairs (August 9 & 10), Roman Weekend (August 16 & 17), and our outdoor cinema nights (September 5 & 6).  For the summer of 2015, we are currently developing plans for a new weekend event to take place in July, with more details to follow.

The MAD About Waddesdon Festival will return in the summer of 2016, and we will keep you informed as plans develop.

Please do check our events calendar for our overall events programme throughout the year.
