Enjoy the Gardens in all their splendour at Christmas time, with huge Christmas trees in front of the House and at the Stables, all decorated with thousands of lights...

There's plenty to come and enjoy in the Gardens at Waddesdon this Christmas. We have Winter Light at Waddesdon, a collection of six light installations, created for us by Bruce Munro, follow the trail around the gardens to discover this amazing display.

After playing on the Woodland playground, why not head to the Stables Café to warm up with hot chocolate and a mince pie.  Or choose something more substantial from our delicious Stables menu, children's options are available.  If you're up at the House, pop into the Manor Restaurant, housed in the Old Servants' Hall, where you can enjoy something delicious from our Christmas menu.  View our Christmas lunch menu under Manor Restaurant.

If you're a real Christmas tree lover you'll be spoilt for choice when you visit us this year, they are placed all around the Gardens.  Standing to attention at the main entrance you'll see two enormous Christmas trees, beautifully lit and twinkling as the light begins to fade.  On the North Front there are more stunning trees, a  large tree in the centre of the gravel 'D', surrounded by eight slightly smaller trees, two trees by our ticket office, two trees by the shop courtyard and two more trees down at the Stables, all are decorated with bright white sparkling lights.

Don't forget we also have wonderful walks around the Gardens, which are lovely this time of year, just remember to wrap up warm and then head off to take in the scenery and the wonderful views of the countryside.

Garden open 10am-5pm, Wed-Sun throughout the Christmas season.  For full opening times please see Christmas Tickets and Times
