Each year the East Wing and Bachelors' Wing are beautifully decorated to reflect our chosen theme.
There is so much to enjoy this Christmas. Come and visit the House and see the East Wing and Bachelors' Wing decorated with natural foliage, the scent from real pine trees and wreaths helping to evoke memories of Christmas past. Woven through the foliage are baubles and trinkets that reflect and celebrate our English traditions as we focus on London as our theme, in the year of the Diamond Jubilee and the Olympic games.
In some of the rooms in the Bachelors' Wing, historic costume on loan from the Herbert Art Gallery & Museum in Coventry is displayed to evoke the spirit of Baron Ferdinand de Rothschild's "Saturday to Monday" parties in the 1890s. To find out more about the collections at the Herbert please see www.theherbert.org
Come and complete our Christmas Trail and as you walk through the decorated rooms in the East Wing and Bachelors' Wing, see if you can spot the gold letters, spelling out a famous English city. Once you've finished the trail, pop back to this page and enter your answer online, to be in with a chance of winning a bottle of Waddesdon Manor Champagne.
