2pm-5pm: Sound checks during this time
4.30pm: Last admission to the Gardens/Manor
5.00pm: Gardens/Manor close to public
5.00pm: Manor Restaurant/Café close to public
5.30pm: Gates open for hospitality
6.00pm: Gates open for public
7.30pm: Concert commences
8.30pm: Interval
8.50pm: 2nd half
10.00pm: Concert finishes
10.30pm: All public off site Parking
- Free parking is available on site
- Free entry for coach drivers. Drivers will a receive voucher for a sandwich & drink
General Information
- No seating is provided. Please bring your own folding chairs if required and picnic rugs
- Out of courtesy to your fellow concert-goers, only low tables are allowed
- Please bring a torch for use at the end of the evening
- For reasons of safety barbecues and candles may not be brought into the grounds
- Naked flames are not permitted
- Flash photography, videos and recording devices of any sort are not permitted
